The law of free will is the law of confusion. It creates chaos as each being has free-will to decide its own course which in effect creates chaos as all is determined by the choice we make. This is the land of confusion as confusion prevails over all as the inability of seeing truth due to free will.

The law of free will is the belief that human beings have the power to choose their own actions, regardless of external constraints. This doctrine is often used to explain why evil exists in the world, as creatures with free will are able to choose evil actions even if they would be better off choosing good ones.
