Below is a list of dates featuring meteor showers, lunar events, solar events, Sabbats, the Celtic Tree Months, and any other special events that are coming up this year (UK).If I’ve missed any, or any are wrong, please let me know and I can add them on or change them! Meteor Showers listed will most likely be peak days. Look up in the sky a few days before and after, too. If I have missed any notable events specific to 2023, I’ll most likely do a post on them in addition to, or within, the full moon posts I write.

January:

  • 1st January: New Year’s Day

  • 3rd – 4th January: Quadrantid Meteor Shower Peak

  • 6th January: Full Wolf/Cold Moon in Cancer

  • 12th January: Mars Direct in Gemini (direct motion) – Time to officially begin those resolutions!

  • 18th January: Mercury Direct in Capricorn – Plan how you can maintain your resolutions…
